Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Gupta who appears for the opposite party no.5 as well as the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.2 and 3 to remove the encroachment from the land lying in Gata No.337 measuring area 0.0360 hectare situated at Village Sohila, Pargana and Tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda within stipulated time." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings for removal of the encroachment are pending and 04.02.2025 is fixed for hearing of the said matter. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondents to dispose of the proceedings pos
