Though the notice apparently has been delivered by post on 04.12.2024, without waiting for anything else, the petition has been filed on 18.12.2024. Besides the above, the credentials of the petitioner are also missing. 3. In that view of the matter, no case for entertaining the present PIL is made out. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
