This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the illegal constructions and obstructions made over public utility Naali bearing Gata No. 1551- Kha abadi, situated at Nagar Panchayat Purab- Pashchim Sharira, District Kaushambi. 2. Submissions have been made that Respondent Nos. 6 to 10 have encroached over the public drainage which has resulted into the water-logging of the entire area and the houses situated around the Naali are getting affected and, therefore, the Respondent Nos. 6 to 10 be directed to remove the encroachments/ obstructions and the authorities may be directed to ensure that the drainage continues to operate. 3. A perusal of the representation made by the petitioner dated 21.11.2024 indicates that petitioner's own house inter alia is affected by the sai
