Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction commanding the respondent No.4 (Tehsildar) to proceed towards removal of unauthorized possession of respondent nos.6 and 7 from property being Gata No.258/0.045 hectare recorded as chakmarg in revenue record situated in village Hasanpur Pauni, Pargana and Tehsil-Kerakat, District- Jaunpur for which a proceeding under setion 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been carried out and concluded by means of order dated 21.1.2023 directing removal of unauthorized possession and also some amount by way of imposed Rs.1800/- with
