Pursuant to the direction issued by the Court, instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the filing of the present petition apparently is mala fide inasmuch as the petitioner's ration card under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana was cancelled on account of his ineligibility, where after again an attempt was made to get issued a ration card under the said Scheme which also has been rejected and that the respondents have already undertaken the exercise to find out the eligibility of various card holders and on finding some of them as ineligible, have already taken steps for cancellation of their cards. 2. Faced with the said submissions indicated in the instructions, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
