This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to stop the illegal running of brick-kiln by respondent no. 6. 2. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that the petition apparently is not in public interest, as two suits between the petitioner and respondent no. 6 are pending before competent courts and that already a consent to operate has been granted in favour of respondent no. 6 for running the brick-kiln. 3. Further submissions have been made that the brick-kiln is about 400 meters away from the school and another brick-kiln at the distance of 200 meters is operating for which, no plea has been raised, which clearly indicates that petition filed is not in public interest but only on account of personal vengeance
