This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to provide experiment facilities, funds grant for the research and to facilitate and promote research conducted by the petitioner. Further prayer has been made seeking a direction to provide land during Maha Kumbh for establishing research camp. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that land has already been provided to the petitioner and that the respondents be directed to cooperate with the petitioner by inter alia taking blood samples of the 'Kalpwasis' so as to advance his research. 3.
