Submissions have been made that complaint was made on 15.10.2022 wherein, a report was made on 29.10.2022 finding substance in the allegations made in the complaint, however, no action was taken. Thereafter, another complaint dated 08.11.2023 was made which has also not been adverted to by the respondents. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the complaints were made way back on 15.10.2022 and 08.11.2023 and the present petition has been filed on 11.12.2024. Nothing has been pointed out pertaining to the period between 08.11.20223 and 11.12.2024. 4.
