This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment from Forest Block Room No. 20Ba, Village Bhainsoda, under Forest Department recorded as forest land in Revenue Record situated in Mauza- Bhainsoda, District Chandauli. 2. Submissions have been made that the Forest Officer are hands in glove with the encroachers and are not taking any action against them except for lodging of an FIR dated 31.10.2023 and, therefore, the respondents be directed to take action. 3. Instructions have been produced that action already stands initiated by lodging the FIR and lodging cases under Section 61B of the Forest Act against wrong doers for the purpose of their removal from the land in question.
