The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties No.1, 2 and 3 to take initiate steps to vacate the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata No.113/0.890 hectare, and 120/0.1870 hectare recorded as "Banjar and Naveen Parti" land of Village Sonbarsa (Meeranpur) Tahsil, Sultanpur from illegal encroachments, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villageers, in the interest of justice." 3.
