The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding thereby directing to restrain not to raise any construction over the Gata No.227, Area 0.0630 Hec. recorded as a Pond (Talab) in Khautauni 1427F to 1433F of Village Sadruddinpur, Pargana and Tahsil Nawabganj, District- Barabanki, U.P. from the opposite party No.5 and 6, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions which are taken on record, states that on the alleged properties, no encroachment exists. 4.
