Instructions have been produced inter-alia indicating that the enquiry in the case, has been completed on 26.10.2024 and the same has been forwarded to the State Government. 3. Counsel for the petitioner attempted to question the enquiry report itself, the said challenge cannot be made subject matter of the present petition, which has been filed oblivious of the report having been made. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
