The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties numbers 2 and 5 to get remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party No.6 to 8 over the land in question i.e. gata no.292 and 293 demarked as Naveen parti situated as village & Post- Melthua, Paragana- Inhauna, Tehsil- Dalmau, District- Raebareli as the same is public utility land." 3.
