The present PIL has been filed by the petitioner, who is a 'Mahant' of the temple Samudra Koop, situated at Jhunsi, Prayagraj. 2. Submissions have been made that on account of impending Kumbh Mela, large number of devotees would be visiting at the place in question and, therefore, the respondents be directed to install a tube-well for pure drinking water for public at large. 3. Instructions have been produced inter-alia indicating that a water pipeline is already lying to the Ashram and there are two private borings in the Ashram and, as such, there is no requirement of bore having more tube-well. 4.
