A short counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents inter- alia indicating that a suit filed by the petitioner pertaining to the same premises with a different relief, is already pending consideration before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Maharajganj. It is also submitted that another Public Interest Litigation with identical relief being Public Interest Litigation No. 1668 of 2022 filed by one Radhey Shyam Pandey is already pending consideration before this Court and therefore, filing of the present Public Interest Litigation,
