Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 3 to take necessary action against the opposite party no. 5 to 10 who have illegally encroached the public utility land gata no. 685/0.0990 hectare which has been situated in the name of Public Path Way has been situated in Village Gayghat, Tehsil Motipur, Mihipurwa, Police Station Motipur, District Bahraich as contained in Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition." 3.
