Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent No.2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by respondent No.5 and 6 on public utility land Gata No.758 area 0.0380 hectare Rasta/Chak Marg situated in Village- Shahgarh, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Azamgarh in accordance with law." 3. This Court vide order dated 07.01.2025 directed the learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for the Gram Sabha to obtain instruction. 4. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.01.2025, instruction dated 20.01.2025 is placed before this court which is taken on record. 5. Mr. N
