Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel, inter alia, indicating that a part of the land is indeed under encroachment and therefore, action under Section 67(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated against four persons including respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and next date fixed before the competent authority is 23.01.2025/01.02.2025 and that appropriate steps have already been taken. 3.
