This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove cemented electric poles, which are alleged to be in public way. 2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that despite making repeated representations, needful has not been done by the respondents and therefore, they may be directed to do the needful. 3. Looking to the nature of grievance raised, the petitioner may make a representation to the District Magistrate, Ghazipur raising all the issues, as raised in the present petition, and it is expected of the District Magistrate to decide the same within a period of two weeks and in case, the grievance, as raised, is found to be justified, he shall ensure that needful is done appropriately within short time thereafter. 4
