The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite parties no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the Land Gata No. 72 area 0.008 hectare recorded as Khad Gaddha, situated at Village Kutubjamapur, Post-Rauzagaon, Pargana & Tehsil- Rudauli, District-Ayodhya, which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3. The Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings for removal of the encroachment have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of four months. Order
