Heard Shri Krishna Gopal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Aprajita Bansal, the learned counsel appearing for the Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. 2. Although the present writ petition espouses a joint cause of the shopkeepers in a market where the petitioner's own office is situated as well yet, in the interest of justice, we hereby provide that in case all the occupants of the market co-operate and deposit the expenditure for laying underground transmission line as per the estimate which is quantified at a sum of Rs.1,94,745/- within a period of three months from today, in that event, the Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. shall carryout necessary works for laying down underground electricity transmission line as per the revised layout. 3. It is made clear that the deposit of
