Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 & 3 to take a suitable action for removal of the construction over Gata no.830 Mil. Situated at Village Sadhiya Pargana Inhauna, Tehsil Tiloi and District Amethi and remove the same within stipulated time and directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the remedy is prescribed under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondents authorities that in case any encroachment exists, proceedings shall be initiated under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code and shall be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law. Order
