(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 & 4 to ensure the compliance of orders dated: 02.11.2023, 30.11.2023, 23.09.2023, 12.06.2023 passed by opposite party no.-4." 2.
