Petitioner has approached this Court by means of this petition under Article 226 Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus for issuance of a direction to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to take legal action under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, for removal of illegal encroachment upon the Gram Sabha land, against the opposite party no. 6, which belongs to Gram Sabha Gausganj, Tehsil Sandila, District Hardoi as well as to take steps for conducting an inquiry against the opposite party no. 5 for giving protection and cooperation to opposite party no. 6 in encroaching the said land and also direct the opposite party no. 3 to demarcate the said land as per revenue records.
