Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.1 and 2 to conduct fair investigation over land bearing Gata Nos.874, 833, 936, 979, 988 situated at village Sheshpur Samodha, Pargana Bachranwa, Tehsil Maharajganj, District Rae Bareli, in which names of illegal farmer were registered in the revenue records." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the inquiry has already been concluded. A copy of the said is handed over to counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the said development, the present petition has become infructuous. The petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as may be advised with regard to the inquiry as are permissible in law. 4. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
