Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 1 to 3 for taking action against the opposite party nos. 4 to 13 for the protection of pasture land, which is mentioned in the application/complaint of the petitioner dated 01.02.2024, which is contained in Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that no encroachment exists over the property in question. 4.
