The present Petition inter alia has been filed seeking the following prayers: “i). to issue writ of mandamus or any writ or proper order or directions to declare void or to set aside the alleged Rules framed by the Respondents which is against the Advocate Act 1961 and the Part III of the Constitution of India and the principal of natural Justice. ii).
