CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, there is a significant development. 2. It is apprised that the Joint Committee headed by SDM, Punjabi Bagh, has already, on the basis of the positive reports received from EOW and Punjab Government, recommended DDA to handover possession of the flat to the petitioner. 3. The recommendation in this regard had been made on 19.07.2024 and a communication has also been sent to DDA on said date itself. 4. It is submitted that despite the above said subsequent development, DDA has not yet taken any decision. 5.
