THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS M.A.C.M.A.No.1431 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This M.A.C.M.A is filed by the Appellant/Respondent against the order dated 12.12.2011 in M.V.O.P.No.79 of 2006 on the file of the learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Chittoor, wherein the learned Judge has allowed the O.P. in part, granting compensation of Rs.2,70,000/- to the petitioners 1 and 2 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit/realization against the 1st respondent/APSRTC. 2. Heard Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Appellant/APSRTC and Sri S.S.Bhatt, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri V.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Appellant/APSRTC appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the Appellant intends to withdraw this case and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated. As a s
