This petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/ plaintiff under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents, Mr. Prem Chand Mittal (respondent no.1) and Mr. Raj Kumar Mittal (respondent no.2/ defendant no.1) for deliberate disobedience of the ad interim injunction order dated 28th November, 2019. 2.
