This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in OMP (COMM) 168/2019 titled Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited v. The appellant had filed the abovementioned application under Section 34 of the A&C Act challenging the Arbitral Award dated 18.04.2018 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.
