This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 22.10.2024, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in M.A. No. 3885/2024 in O.A. No. 3510/2023. The petitioner further pray for a direction to the learned Tribunal to hear, consider, and decide the interim relief as prayed for in the abovementioned Original Application or, in the alternate, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the services.
