The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 23.06.2021 passed in E.A.No.203 of 2021 in E.P.No.360 of 2019 in O.S.No.106 of 2018 by the Principal District Judge, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District. 2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) the E.P.No.360 of 2019 was terminated on 17.11.2023 as full satisfaction memo was filed before the trial Court. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
