When the matter is taken up for hearing, as can be seen from the report furnished by the District Judiciary that, the main suit in O.S.No.312 of 2013, on the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada was decreed by judgment and decree dated 30.06.2022. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
