The petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.24 of 2013, seeking permanent injunction, restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with the plaint schedule property. Along with the said suit, he also filed an interlocutory application vide I.A.No.111 of 2013, under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 r/w.
