When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the main appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2018 was decreed by the Judgment and decree dated 19.10.2022. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision petition and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
