K CHAITANYA The Court made the following: Common Order: The present revisions are filed against the order dated 03.12.2018 in I.A.Nos.766 and 765 of 2018 in O.S.No.113 and 112 of 2016, on the file of Senior Civil Court, Avanigadda. 2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that the main suit vide O.S.No.113/2016 on the file of Senior Civil Court, Avanigadda was decreed by Judgment and decree dated 30.12.2022. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in these revisions and accordingly the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. _______________
