The petitioner filed suit in OS No.81 of 1998 seeking to pass judgment and decree for declaration, delivery of possession of the suit schedule properties and also to pay mesne profits. Upon contest, the said suit was decreed by judgment and decree dated 15.10.2001. Thereafter, the petitioner filed execution petition vide EP No.69 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor.
