None appeared on either side. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the district judiciary that the main appeal vide AS.No.33 of 2017 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Krishna District was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 15.10.2024. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel,
