The present revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 22.08.2019 passed in EP No.226 of 2014 in OS No.69 of 2004, on the file of III Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel for the respondent that the EP was closed by order dt.05.01.2024 and in pursuance of the decree sale deed was also registered in favour of the respondent. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________
