As can be seen from the information furnished by the District Judiciary that the O.S.No.502 of 2008, on the file of the Family Court – cum – IV Additional District & Sessions Judge’s Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District was allowed on 19.06.2019. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
