When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the District Judiciary that, the main suit in OS No.167 of 2013, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District was dismissed on 31.12.2024. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. _____
