When the matter is taken up for hearing, as can be seen from the report furnished by the District Judiciary that, the main suit in O.S.No.273 of 2016, on the file of the First Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 29.12.2021. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. There shall be no order as to costs.
