Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the F.C.O.P.No.232 of 2016, on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, was compromised between the parties by order dated 09.04.2022. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision petition and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
