THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No.861 of 2012 ORDER: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 22.02.2011 passed in Crl.M.P.No.74 of 2009 in M.C.No.2 of 2007 by the learned V Additional District Judge, at Tirupati, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner, seeking to direct the respondents to undergo for DNA test at the Department of Forensic Sciences, Hyderabad was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry shows that the main case i.e., M.C.No.2 of 2007 was disposed of on 08.11.2012 and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for any adjudication by this Court and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
