Heard Sri M. Chiranjeevi Babu, learned counsel representing Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent No.1-State. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Chiranjeevi Babu, learned counsel representing Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the petitioners intends to withdraw the revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Orders granted earlier, if any, stands vacated.
