THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 677 of 2013 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 26.02.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.234 of 2012 in F.C.M.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Srikakulam, wherein the petition filed by the wife of petitioner herein under Section 125(2) of Cr.P.C requesting to pass an order directing the respondent to pay interim maintenance at Rs.1,00,000/- per month which was allowed. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., M.C.No.2 of 2012 was disposed on 18.03.2014, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
