PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the Judgment, dated 25.09.2023, passed in Criminal Appeal No.334 of 2016 by the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, SPSR Nellore District at Gudur, confirming the Judgment, dated 19.09.2016, passed in Calendar Case No.89 of 2014 by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Venkatagiri. 2. A complaint vide C.C.No.89 of 2014 was filed by the respondent No.1/complainant against the petitioner herein/ accused for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for brevity ‘the NI Act’).
