THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Crl.R.C.No.60 of 2016 JUDGMENT: This revision is filed by the petitioners/complainants against the common order dated 14.08.2015 in Crl.R.P.Nos.62 of 2013 and 71 of 2013 on the file of the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudivada, wherein the learned Sessions Judge has allowed the said petitions and the common order of the trial Court made in Crl.M.P.Nos.298 of 2013 and 299 of 2013, dated 09.07.2013 is set- aside and the Revision Petitioners are discharged from the offences under Sections 406, 423, 467, 471, 491 read with 34 IPC. 2. Heard Sri Y.Ramatirdha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. P.Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Y. Ramatirdha, learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence, the petitioners intends to withdraw this revision and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same. 4.
