THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS Criminal Revision Case No. 291 of 2011 JUDGMENT: The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners against the order, dated 21.01.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.13 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.80 of 2010 on the file of the learned VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madanapalli, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/injured herein under Section 320(2) of Cr.P.C requesting to permit the petitioner/injured herein to compound the offence against the appellants/accused Nos.1 to 4, which was dismissed. 2. A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry, it shows that the main case i.e., Crl.A.No.80 of 2010 was disposed on 19.09.2024, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
